The Company achieved qualitative breakthroughs in business performance. It became  first level material supplier for China’s three major state‑owned oil corporations and obtained API certification.

The Company entered a fast‑track phase of infrastructure construction and scaled‑up development. The construction of the office and R&D center in Chengbei Industrial Park has commenced.

The Company officially launched its first five‑year‑plan strategy, rolling out a nationwide supply‑chain network in response to business requirements.

Hebei Provincial Key Construction Project — the Petroleum Engineering Technology R&D Project was kicked off. Upon full completion, the company will become China’s largest manufacturing base for cementing tools.

The Company broadened its global vision and expanded overseas markets. It adopted multiple approaches including exhibition promotion, platform marketing and agent engagement, achieved remarkable results.

At each factory of its Hejian headquarters, the company completed equipment renewal and upgrading, implemented digital‑intelligent transformation for production lines, advanced green‑low‑carbon processes, and accelerated the commercialization of new products and new technologies.
